Just some good news a little late in sharing with everyone...

Most of you have already been there - we bought the house G grew up in here in SD
We are very happy same school, neighbors, sitters, and family close by!

We are just starting with rehearsals for Anna so things are really movin'
Just wanted to wish you all a Happy & Safe Halloween, and share some good news!

Let us know if any of you will be in SD - Anna already has some dates for her performance so if you can make it great!

This really is an opportunity of a life time for her.

Pop is 70!!!

HOpe you all called dad for his 70 birthday yesterday! Can you believe the man is 70 years old?!?! That's huge! I haven't gotten him anything yet. Any ideas? Anyone want to join a gift idea with me? lovepoe

Fishing Trip

First catch

My camera was running out of batteries so I only got pictures of Dad and me with the fish.

Glad to be on shore.

We paid this lady to fillet the fish.

The sea was rough and not everyone kept their breakfast. However, the fishing was good. After a 3 hour boat ride Matt caught his fish on the first cast. It was a little anticlimactic. I caught a smaller fish that the ship captain insisted on keeping, so he tagged it for himself. We all kept fishing, and caught additional fish. I caught two more halibut, and one canary bass that we were not allowed to keep. It turned out to be fun despite the weather and rough seas. Thanks Matt.

Matt's office

I'm sad that I didn't get pics of Matt, Nate, Dad, Preston and I all muddy last Saturday after we had been planting and digging and wheelbarrowing (word?) So this is more or less the finished project. Lori requested these pics. I will leave it to matt to get pics of the whole office...it's pretty fancy.
