We had such a great time with momo and pop in Hawaii. We aren't terribly thrilled to be back actually. Life was too good in Hawaii. Momo and Pop made sure we hit up a beach and Matsumoto's shaved ice every day. We hung out a lot with Dean and Lisa and grandma.
There were two unsucessful trips to Hanama Bay, two trips to the swap meet, and one to the Polynesian Culture Center. Dad was pulled up as a volunteer drummer in the Tongan Village (I might have had something to do with it.) He danced a little, pounded on drums a lot and did a couple Tongan yells. He brought the house down. We were so proud. He got back at me by making me dance in the Tahitian Village.
It was a wonderful trip. Momo and Pop are still willing to take us in in January so it must not have been too bad for them either.

That is so cool! Pop looks great up there on stage. It is great to see Momo and Pop enjoying their retirement while it lasts. Looking forward to seeing you in January.
