random nothings

Yeah! I'm glad some people are starting to blog. Now if we can only persuade the rest of you. Just some things I was wondering about...Pete and Jessica, why can't I comment on your blog. There is no comment button. Do you guys not want comments? Could the rest of you send me pictures of your family (via email) so that we can all be represented on the opening page? Just get on and blog people. Funny stories, stupid questions, pics, memories, movie lines...whatever?
Funny story: Preston has been going pantless for weeks now because we are potty training. The other day he went down our slide and fell pretty hard on his rump. He came up to me whining and of course wanted the magical mommy kiss that makes everything better. He got up on my chair and tried as hard as he could to get his bum up to my face so that I could kiss his wet, grassy, red, sweet tooshie.
Stupid question: Tips on potty training would be greatly appreciated. The kids loves to pee in the potty but poopoo has been our struggle.
Memory: I love that Pete feeds his kids their first twinkie on their first birthday. It brought me back to Gary's first birthday. Man that kid was so cute. Now he's just so plain.
Movie Lines: Today on the local news they asked what movie this line was from. "Wasn't I lucky to be born in my favorite city?" I ran to the phone but missed the number they gave for it. I could have won a free lunch or something lamo like that. Anyone...except Melissa know it?
